Padmini who is separated from her husband gets attached to a young orphan girl named Gigi whom she met in a hospital after surviving a fatal bus accident. Due to Gigi's mental health issues, Padmini brings her to Dr. Padmanabhan who after initial apprehension accepts Gigi in his institute for children with special needs.
